Well, I made it through the first week of Shakeology and T25!! WoooHooo! It was definitely a tough week of getting started and there were mornings when an extra 1/2 hour of sleep would have been awesome, but I did’t fall for that. I woke up, I did my work out, and I drank my shakes! There were a couple days that I made a yummy breakfast with the fam and had my shake for lunch. I am feeling great and the fact that I’m 3lbs down is a major plus!! I have been experimenting with my shakes and adding coconut water or a banana, I even tried it with some frozen blueberries or raspberries instead of ice. It tastes really good alone and with an extra kick. I am excited to start into the 2nd week of my program and I’m really looking forward to starting the 21 day fix! The results from this program have been amazing and now that I’m paying more attention to my food intake, I am realizing I don’t know much about portion control! There is definitely a such thing as eating too much healthy food. I am excited to see how this program works and I’m planning to use the 21 day fix as a jump start into bettering my food intake and understanding how that effects my workouts and my progress.
