The term “challenge group” has been thrown around a lot lately and I’m sure a lot of people are thinking, “Just what exactly is a challenge group??” Well, I will explain what a challenge groups is and the many, many benefits of joining one!
So basically a challenge group is a group of 5-10 people that commit to a program to reach their health and fitness goals. During the challenge and even after, I as your coach provide you with sample meal plans, recipes, tips and tricks to help you make healthy eating a lifestyle change and not another fad diet. I also provide you with daily accountability and support. Each day you workout on your own and then check in on facebook or via email to rate your workout, food, and shakeology. Honestly, it has been the only way for me to stick to program from beginning to end! The support of people in the group is what keeps us all going! So as a group, we work through the bumps in the road together!!
Beside the obvious reasons stated above to join a challenge group, I have a few others to add. The beachbody “family” is hands down the most supportive and encouraging group of people I have ever met! Everyone is genuinely concerned with each others goals and happiness. It’s not all about weight loss, it is about leading a healthy and happy lifestyle and being both physically and mentally happy. Being part of a group that is making an effort to achieve the same end result is the best and most effective way of reaching your personal goals. It is a fun way to meet new people that share a common interest with you! I am making new friends everyday with someone in my extended beachbody family and it is awesome!
