It is super important to set goals if you are trying to achieve a desired result. I have found that setting a big goal with small ones along the way works best. Actually write them down, because as you cross them off, it feels really GOOD! So for example, let’s say your main goal is to lose 20lbs. Your small goals in between could be taking in the correct amount of water depending upon your weight, cutting out all refined sugars, getting enough sleep, mastering portion control, walking the stairs instead of the using the elevator…get my drift? Setting a realistic date for your main goal is very important as well, because if is no obtainable, then the chances of you getting discouraged and quitting is higher. So take a pen to the paper and write out your goals. Join a challenge group and watch your dreams come true!
