Reading the title, it could have a double meaning depending upon perception. I think this is some good inspiration going into the weekend! Goals no matter big or small can be met one of two ways. Way 1. Doing the bare minimum to get by and only trying to reach the goal simply to reach it. For example, you want to lose 5lbs. and instead of changing your ways and working toward that goal, you simply do a detox or a cleanse then step on the scale and VIOLA! goal met! Then there is Way 2. Making a plan and working your A$$ off to reach your goal, not only reach that goal but DESTROY it. You may have to sacrifice a few things, you will have to work hard, and you may shed a tear or two along the way; BUT when you reach that goal you will have a huge sense of accomplishment and you will be feeling MUCH better than way 1! (Which by the way, if you do choose way 1 just prepare to gain that 5lbs right back when you fall right back into your old habits)
So grab this weekend by the you know whats and DESTROY your goals!!
