Well the results are in! I have been sticking to the 21 Day Fix and I am ready to start round 2. My before photos are from Day 1 and the results are from Day 21. The whole time I was asking the question, “Am I seeing results?” or “When am I going to see results?” I was looking in the mirror everyday waiting for those muscles to pop! Along the way I received compliments from friends and family, but I figured they were just being nice since they knew I was making a life change. All along the way though, I felt really good! My energy levels were up, I wasn’t eating junk, and I felt good after my workouts! It was not until I took the after pictures and I really SAW the difference!! It was a such a great feeling to SEE the difference and not just to feel the difference!
During the past 21 days, I haven’t changed “me” as in I still attended social events, I have still had an occasional glass of wine, and I haven’t had to live at the gym this whole. That is one of the best parts of this program! The only thing I have changed is my clothes (2 pants sizes to be exact), my attitude, and my support system (I have met so many supportive people along the way!) Yes, I did “clean up” my eating, but I haven’t had to eat just boiled chicken and raw veggies. By eating the right portions and the right kind of food paired with just 30 minutes of working out per day I was able to achieve noticeable results. **I am going to post a separate entry about the program and its ups and downs and everything in between, but for now it is all about the results!**
This program really and truly works! I never thought in a million years that after having 2 kids only 15 months apart and hitting 30 that I would have muscle definition like this again! I’m pretty sure in these photos I see the start of abs?!?! I absolutely CANNOT wait to start round 2 of the Fix and to see what it has in store for me!
