I know I have ranted and raved about my 21 Day Fix Results. (I was so pumped to finally see results from working out for the first time…ever!) Since then though I have heard tons and tons of feedback, and not all good I might add. Some people have said that since I am a Beachbody Coach and that is my main focus that I had better results than people that are “just challengers.” Well, I would like to start by saying that nobody is “just a challenger.” The people that join a challenge group do so because they are looking for a change in their life. They have tried to make it work and for some reason or another could not. They are people who go into this ready to rock out, and during the duration of the challenge, they go hard. They give it their all, they make sacrifices, they keep going even if they want to give up!! They deserve much more credit than the title of “just a challenger.”
So with that being said, I would like to say that I am so so so so so proud of the challenger featured in this post!! They made a commitment, set their goal, and they went for it!! These are some amazing results, and to think they did this in just 21 Days! It is not something easy, you do not take a magic pill, you earn your results. The Fix lays the foundation for leading a healthy and happy lifestyle. These ladies did not give up their identity and change into someone they are not. They didn’t stop socializing and eating food they enjoy for 21 Days, they didn’t call off work and miss out on fun stuff in order to do their workout. They simply incorporated new regimes into their daily routine and taught themselves how to correctly eat and lose weight. They deserve a HUGE high five for all of their hard work. With determination and consistency (and the right attitude) anything is possible!!
