The 21 Day Fix is taking over the world!!! Okay, not really, but it is growing oh so popular. There are other companies that are even trying to duplicate it now, because it is so awesome! Since the 21 Day Fix is the first program that I did and the first time I saw some really kick ass results from working out and eating right I am going to break it down for ya!
So basically the 32 Day Fix is the most amazing thing that can fit in a small box since umm sliced bread?? All jokes aside though, the Fix is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. The beauty of the Fix is that YOU CHOOSE the food you want to eat! Each container is a different food category and the meal guide book provides you with a list of the foods that go into each color. Well gee, how do I know how many of each container?? The Fix meal book shows you how to calculate the correct number of each color that you will be using each day to prepare your meals. Is there calorie counting? No! Is there food weighing? No! Is there a point system? No! Can I still eat chocolate? YES! Below are some amazing meals that I enjoyed during my first 21 Days.
The workouts are totally awesome and are designed for all fitness levels. At first, Kat and I (she’s the modifier) were really tight! I followed her for a while. Then I was able to spread my wings and keep up with Autumn. Heck, I feel so confident in these workouts that I should probably be invited to be in one of the next videos! Dead serious. The workouts combine the perfect mix of cardio and strength training and the 10 minute abs are a nice added touch!
So to recap, the Fix allows you to create your own meals, learn portion control, build the foundation for healthy eating (or build on what you may already know and practice), and incorporate daily exercise.
