My first 21 Day Fix test group kicked some major butt!! The results were off the charts and they lost almost 50lbs and 45in between the group. Everyone lost at least 5lbs and had to buy themselves some new pants! Now that is pretty cool. We supported each other, we motivated each other, and we struggled with each other. Everyone in the group decided to make the change, they committed to the program, and they succeeded… BIG TIME!
Of course when it comes to a test group, especially the 21 Day Fix, everyone wants to see the transformations. They want to see for themselves that it “really does work” Believe me, I feel the same way. I love to see the before and afters and the amazing transformations. For me, the best part is the sad face on day one and the big ear to ear grin on day 21!!
The part of the test groups that isn’t always spotlighted, but is equally important is the carry over. No one really revisits the person to see that they continued down the right path and that they used what they learned in those 21 Days and applied it to their everyday life. Well, today is different. Today, that is exactly what I am going to do with the 4 ladies that changed their lives forever!
Meet Heather, a busy mom of 2 that decided in February that it was time to make a change. She wanted to set a good example for her children while getting her own health in check. Heather committed to the 21 Day Fix and she crushed her goals!! Since the Fix, Heather has been using the information she has learned and continues to cook clean, healthy meals for her family. One of the main changed Heather saw in herself was her confidence levels. Heather looks great, but she feels better than ever! She was so happy with the new positivity in her life that she decided to pay it forward and become a coach herself. Now Heather is helping others reach their goals while living a happy and healthy life.
This is Kiara. Kiara is a teacher and decided she wanted to learn a healthier way of living. She had tried other workout programs and spent too many hours at the gym not achieving results she wanted. Kiara joined a challenge group to understand the principals of healthy eating and portion control. She learned how to meal plan and prep and she set her mind to getting results. Since the Fix, she has been implementing the tools she learned in the group and continues to portion control and eat right. She is making healthy choices without compromising the fun stuff! Kiara found that her energy levels are up and she is feeling better than ever! Kiara plans to continue using the skills she learned in the group and continue to crush her goals!!
Introducing Lizzie. Lizzie also decided it was time to make a change for the better. She was ready to improve her health and get her weight under control. Lizzie had tried different diets in the past and had a lot of short term success. Once she saw the progress that other challengers were making, she decided it was her turn. Lizzie realized it is unhealthy to continue fad diets and continually lose and gain weight. She decided to try out the Fix in order to learn the right kinds of food she should be eating and the correct portions for her body. She learned the foundations for cooking and eating healthy and the difference between perceived health food and actual health food. She surpassed her goals and had continued to use the Fix portioning to maintain her healthy weight. Lizzie is so happy with her new lifestyle that she herself has become a coach. Now she is helping others reach their goals and learn the same important information that she herself learned.
This is Stef. Stef wanted to tone her body while learning the basics on healthy eating. She likes to run marathons, but never really strength trained. She was happy to find the Fix because it combined both portion control and strength training. During the challenge, Stef opened herself up to new habits and tried new recipes. Since the challenge she has continued to cook healthy and meal plan. She understands the importance of food and nourishment when it comes to building lean muscle and still maintaining endurance for her marathons. Stef plans to continue using the important info along the way and was really happy with the support she found during her journey. Her group did not allow her to fall off the wagon and Stef’s awesome results prove that she stuck to her decision!
You too can learn about these principals and find the support and motivation needed to start your journey. Sometimes all you need in order to succeed is the RIGHT support system. It is okay to have a group of people standing behind you and motivating you to reach your goals. It is nice to find support for making a life changing decision. Changing your health and your physical appearance is not a quick fix and it often means changing your current lifestyle a bit. If it is something that scares you, you don’t have to face those fears alone! Allow a coach to guide you and a group to help push you to those goals. After all, a healthy life is a happy life.
