I did it! I have officially been “Refreshed”

Did I see results?
Yes! I lost a total of 3lbs during the Refresh and I am feeling great. First, let me tell you why I did the Refresh. I was just coming off of my Summit high and also off of all the delicious Vegas food I ate then BAM! It was time for family vacation in the Outer Banks (we left 3 days after I returned from Summit). I didn’t have much time between trips to unpack then repack let alone get my healthy habits back in order so needless to say when I returned I was in need of a little refreshing. I was feeling bloated from the food and drinks, sluggish from all of the traveling, and tired from the crazy sleep schedule and time zone changes. Enter the 3 Day Refresh, just in time for my start on PiYo
Is the 3 Day Refresh all that is is cracked up to be?

My Experience with the 3 Day Refresh:
I looooved the 3 Day Refresh because I could detox and cleanse while eating! Whoop whoop! During the Refresh I felt pretty good. The only time I would rate myself below excellent was in the evening on day 1, I had been clearing my system of caffeine and sugar all day that I had a headache. I attribute it to that because I am normally a coffee drinker, but since the Refresh advises against coffee, I stayed away…it’s just 3 days right?! So other than that, I didn’t feel hungry, I didn’t feel run down, and I didn’t feel sick. I did start PiYo while on the Refresh and I didn’t feel tired during the workout, I actually felt a lot better AFTER working out.
A typical Day during the 3 Day Refresh:
Breakfast: 1 scoop of Shakeology mixed with 10oz of water, 6 ice cubes, and 1/2 of a banana
Mid- morning: Green Tea (I drink Yogi Green Tea w/ Kambucha)
Late morning: 3 Day Refresh Fiber Sweep mixed with 10oz ICE COLD water
Lunch: 3 Day Refresh Vanilla Fresh shake with 10oz water and a serving of frozen blueberries. Along with a serving of vegetables prepared with coconut oil (usually broccoli for me)
Mid Afternoon: Green Tea
Afternoon Snack (at least 1 hour after tea): A serving of carrots with hummus
Dinner: 3 Day Refresh Vanilla Shake with 10oz water and ice with cinnamon. Along with a selection from the dinner menu.
Post Dinner: Green Tea
I also drank about 80-100oz of water per day.
