Would you consider putting coconut oil and grass-fed butter in your coffee?? Sounds pretty crazy, right? Bulletproof Coffee is a popular growing health practice by coffee lovers and coffee haters alike. You don’t have to love coffee to drink this, that is if you are strictly drinking it for the benefits.
Bulletproof Coffee is not an original term that I came up with. The term came from Dave Asprey, an entrepreneur that visited Tibet and drank hot tea mixed with yak butter. According to Dave, when you drink this concoction in the morning the healthy fats naturally energize you, make you feel satiated and jump start fat burning for the rest of the day. These exact claims are what have made this concept so popular. Who doesn’t want that??
Before you mix your first cup, make sure you understand the difference between regular and grass-fed butter along with coconut oil versus other oils. To learn more about Bulletproof Coffee, Click Here
Here is what you need to make your own:

1 tbsp coconut oil (I used Dr. Mercola)
8oz hot black coffee
Blender (Glass is easiest to clean)
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend for about 20-30 seconds or until it becomes frothy.
