This week our Transformation Tuesday comes from a busy mom of 2 that happens to be a very great friend of mine. Between her job, family living, and her daughters’ activities she does not have a lot of time for herself. Hitting the gym was few and far between and the thought of having to make more than one meal for the whole family (you know, getting kids to eat “healthy” is tough!) made her cringe. Although she is very busy, leading a healthy lifestyle and setting that example for her family is important to her. After talking about her goals, the 21 Day Fix seemed to be the best fit for her and her family. She was happy with the fact that the workouts offered a variety of different workouts and that they were only 30 minutes per day…totally doable with her schedule! The meal plan with the Fix was flexible enough for her to choose meals that were healthy and that the whole family would love. (Thank goodness for Pinterest!) She was ready to get fit and live healthier!
After 1 round of the Fix she was feeling better, sleeping better, and seeing some amazing progress! Her round 1 results were so much more than she had ever expected! She lost a total of 12lbs and 15inches!! In only 21 Days, she was able to form healthier habits for herself, her husband, and her daughters. For her family, this was not a 21 and done deal, they continue to follow the program and she’s really looking forward to her round 2 progress.
I am so happy that she decided to make this change and it is so awesome to see the positive changes that she is making in order to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. She is an amazing mama and friend and I couldn’t be more proud of her!
