Picture this- You’re all snug in your bed, enjoying a great dream when that dreaded sound awakens you. That’s right, it’s the alarm. I used to dread that sound each morning. I just wasn’t a morning person and to be honest, I never thought I would be one. I worked in the service industry which meant late nights and late mornings. I loved to sleep in. That is, until life forced me to make some changes. I got married, had kids, and left the nightlife. I imaged being that ideal morning person. Waking up before the kids and getting things done.
