MID-WAY CHECK IN FOR 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS AND MY EXCLUSIVE TEST GROUP
Progress checks are always also a “gut check” for me— in more ways than one lol. They are a time to reflect on the previous weeks and the changes that I have made to my eating habits, exercise, and routine. They are a time for me to think about the changes that I could have made. The changes that may have made my progress just a tiny bit better. It is also a time to plan for the future and see where I need to make changes in order to make the rest of the program a success.
Here are my mid-way results and those of other challengers…
So I have lost 4 lbs and 2 inches in my midsection and I am very pleased with this progress so far! I rarely ever lose pounds, so I was surprised to see the scale move.
The changes that I have seen and felt go much, much deeper than just physical. I have felt better. I have been sleeping better. I have been eating better in general— which this is definitely the area that I am going to dial in a bit more in these last 30 days.
The group though, wow, it has been so awesome!! So motivating and supportive. I have become very close with the awesome women in this group (see THEIR midway checkins below!!). Some great friendships have formed in this group, and I really love that.
