I am a busy wife and mother of 2 paving the road to health and happiness for my family. Family is the most important part of my life; they are my biggest fans and toughest critics! I am the oldest of 6 children, making me a natural leader. I like helping others and reaching goals with them.
My husband and I share a common interest in healthy living and being active. I have always enjoyed healthy food and working out, but once I became a mom I realized it was really hard for me to make time for myself and get back to clean eating. It is difficult being a mom and working full-time and not being exhausted ALL the time!! I know a lot of that exhaustion has to do with my lifestyle and what I eat. It is time to step it up and get my groove back!
I’m not perfect, I’m not a personal trainer, and I’m not a nutritionist, but I am self motivated and I’m always learning. I take things that I read along with past experience (including mistakes!) and any advice, and apply it in everyday life in order to reach goals and achieve happiness!
